Rates
Please call 512-237-4262 or 1-800-843-5289 or email us for current rates. All rates are based on double occupancy. For additional guests in Conductor's Quarters, please add $15.00 per person.
Corporate discounts (Sunday through Thursday) are available. State and city taxes will be added where required. Rates are subject to change without notice.
Policies
Check-in time is from 2 P.M. and check-out by noon. If you are arriving after 9 P.M., please call ahead for check-in arrangements. We live on the third floor of the house and try to go up around 9 P.M.
Advance deposit in the amount of one night's stay is required for reservations. Personal checks, cash, American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover Card accepted.
Cancellation Policy: Should you need to cancel and notify us at least 72 hours before arrival date, we will be happy to credit your deposit to another visit or refund your deposit less a $15.00 processing fee. When canceling, be sure to receive a cancellation number.
The Katy House is a non-smoking Inn. Guests may smoke on the porches or in the yards.
Children or pets can be accommodated with prior arrangements in certain rooms.
